Enter the supplied KryptAll® user name. It is your unique 6-digit number @ at Kryptall.com. Enter the supplied Password. Remember it is case sensitive.

Why do I see "Network Quality Issues" during a call? 

The Network Quality Issues message is designed to alert users when the network conditions may be sub-optimal for calling. This could include lost packets or inconsistent flow (jitter). 

If you see this message and have issues with the quality of the call, consider moving closer to your WiFi Access Point if the signal is weak. If the signal is strong, it could indicate that your WiFi Access Point is overloaded or having trouble keeping up with the audio traffic. If you're on your cellular data network, low signal or heavy traffic could result in this message. 

If you see the message but have no trouble with the calls, it can safely be ignored. It is meant only as a way to help indicate potential issues.

How do I troubleshoot a 500/502/503 error when registering or calling? 

Error '503 Service unavailable' indicates that the server or gateway is unable to process the request due to an overload or maintenance problem. The error may also say "Internal Server Error."
We recommend that you try again and if the problem persists contact KryptAll®.

How do I troubleshoot a 401/403 Authentication Error? 

Authentication Errors like the 401 or 403 mean that the secure server is rejecting your connection, usually for Registration, but sometimes for calling. Typically these errors are caused by incorrect Account settings, usually username and password. This will happen if you should log out and not enter the correct KryptAll® Account settings.

Sometimes these messages are accompanied by additional text explaining the error - if so, ask KryptAll® about these errors.

How do I troubleshoot a 408 error? 

The Error '408 Request Timeout' indicates that your phone is not receiving any response from the KryptAll server. This error may be caused by a bad or non-existent network connection. Check your phone to be sure it's properly connected to WiFi or your Cellular Data Network.
Try connecting to the internet via Safari and visit a website.

If you can connect you are on the internet. Reboot your phone and try a call again.

If you cannot connect to the internet or KryptAll via WiFi or your cellular data network see your internet service provider.
